Fix the room exits in Universe Manager Lite

Description

Creating and saving room exits is not working in the Universe Manager Lite.

Release 0.4 is now ready. We need to move WheelMUD forward, as we already spent way too much time here.

This has now been completely fixed.

The exits are now saving correctly. Still need one last issue with UI cues on the Treeview, when creating new exits.
